Orders

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During new product launches, holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible at therallyrack@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to help.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll update the address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

We currently ship throughout the United States. International shipping may become available in the future.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your package ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of eligible, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

Do you offer exchanges?

If you'd like a different size or color, contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange if inventory is available.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Many of our sweatshirts feature a relaxed, oversized fit. Please refer to each product's sizing guide for specific measurements and fit recommendations.

Do your colors match my school's official colors?

Our designs are inspired by school spirit, but colors may vary slightly due to manufacturing and screen settings.

How should I wash my apparel?

Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Do not bleach.
Do not iron directly on printed or embroidered designs.

Gifts

Can I send my order as a gift?

Absolutely! Many Rally Rack products make great gifts. Simply enter the recipient's shipping address during checkout.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available and are delivered by email.
