At Rally Rack, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
In their original condition
Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
Returned with original tags attached (when applicable)

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized products
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange eligible items based on available inventory.

If your preferred size or item is unavailable, we'll issue a store credit once your return has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of its approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Rally Rack is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
